UPDATED JULY 2017: Angel Delight homemade ice cream mix is no longer available, however, I’ve found this Lakeland Gelato version instead.
We like ice cream at Chez Monkey. We like it A LOT.
So imagine our pure, unadulterated joy when a big package arrived on the doorstep from the lovely team behind Angel Delight.
Not content with just making UK’s favourite nostalgic whipped dessert, they’ve gone into overdrive and invented an Angel Delight ice-cream mix – available in chocolate, strawberry, vanilla and butterscotch flavours.
Brilliant, right?
All you have to do is add some milk, whip it up, and then chuck in the goodies of your choice. We made the chocolate ice-cream, and added marshmallows and honeycomb.
And it went a little something like this…
So, now we have the homemade ice cream, all we need is some sun. Yeah, good luck with that…

oh you lucky lucky things….we’ve had loads of angel delight ice cream but unfortunately I had to spend my hard earned cash to buy it! thankfully the twin packs were on offer for £1 so I stocked up….it’s great with chopped up mars bars in & some caramel sauce on the top!
