Hi, I’m Jacqui; a 40+ journalist, and lifestyle & parenting blogger, and mum of two gorgeous girls; Big Sis, born Summer 2008, and Lil Sis, born Autumn 2010.

I was a true-life features and travel writer for over 20 years, with my articles appearing in glossy magazines around the world, including Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, Psychologies, Look and The Guardian’s Weekend magazine. After the birth of my youngest daughter, I began to move towards digital publishing, and now work full time in blogging and content creation.

I draw on my professional content creation and writing skills to create bespoke posts and exciting, dynamic campaigns for clients. I have a thorough understanding of media and privacy laws (see my policies here), CAP Code requirements and search engine optimisation, and always disclose when a post is paid or contains gifted items.

Since completing a large (and seemingly never ending) renovation, I’ve built up a strong homes and interiors section (see above) that complements the family, lifestyle and travel I’ve written about since 2009, when I was one of the UK’s very first ‘Mummy Bloggers’.

In addition to my own unique content creation, I create quality advertorial campaigns and review posts for clients, using their keywords, anchor text and links to create natural, professionally written content. All posts are search-engine-optimised, using Yoast Premium software. Photos are sourced from royalty-free usable image sites, or entirely created by me; some examples of my own images are below:
