You know how something can be right under your nose, but you just don’t notice it? Then one day… BAM! You see it, and you wonder how you could have possibly overlooked it in the first place?

What the heck am I rabbiting on about, I hear you ask? Marks & Spencer. I have to admit, I’ve been digging their fashion recently.
I found this jacket last summer and just loved the boxy retro-eighties shape, and 3/4 sleeves. I didn’t buy it straight away, but then couldn’t get it out of my mind. Of course, by the time I went back to the story, it was sold out: Booooo! But then I found it on-line: Yaaaay! And here it is:
And it’s not just a one-off – I’ve since bought a cool Aztec-design cardigan, and a pretty floral bed jacket. Now I’ve got my beady eyes on this cute dress, with Peter Pan collar, from their current range:
I’m thinking: turn the hem up an inch, and team it with opaque tights, and ankle boots. What do you reckon?
