Just as Big Sis moves up to big girl school, I appear to have adopted a third dependent to fill her place. With yellow skin. And a streaky, brown ‘fro.
He’s much quieter than my other two children (until you press down on his head, when he lets out a rather commanding RAAAAAAAAAA!!!).
Lil Sis has taken quite a shine to him, dragging him everywhere, and insisting he sits in his ‘Raa Raa seat’ whenever it’s vacated by Big Sis. Unlike my other children, he never fusses when I strap him in, or demands to go ‘WEE WEE!’ minutes into our journey, or tells me belligerently: ‘Stop talking Mummy, I tired!’
But, on the flip side, he doesn’t offer much in the way of conversation, refuses to sing along to the radio with me, and his cuddles are decidedly lacklustre.
Raa Raa might be a pretty roarsome Noisy Little Lion, but he’s still no match for my two Little Monkeys.
