Late last year I was contacted to see if we would support the Alder Hey Children’s Charity’s latest campaign campaign.
Like most parents, children’s charities instantly strike an emotional chord with me; I already donate every month to Great Ormond Street Hospital, Save the Children and Clic Sargent, but knew straight away that I wanted to support this amazing cause too. Except now we were faced with a difficult decision…
Alder Hey Children’s Charity are asking people to visit the MATALAN website and make a hard hat choice – the Beanie or the Bobble?! After perusing the range we finally settled on one in pink and one in blue, and the kids were proud to announce: ‘I’m a Bobble!”
Bobble hats and beanies cost just £4 for kids and £8 for adults, and every penny goes to Alder Hey to help them continue to provide vital funds and support to sick children and their families.
