MAGIC & SPARKLE (picking your xmas bubbles)

Bubbly. 

For me, it always conjures up images of sophistication, and celebration. Except that New Year’s Eve when I drank one too many glasses, tumbled down a flight of stairs and landed in a crumpled heap at the feet of my ex-boyfriend. In the middle of a fancy bar. With everyone staring. Then my nose started bleeding. 

Yeah, that time wasn’t quite so classy. 

But usually the pop of the cork signals a night of fun, good food, and great company ahead. These days there’s a HUGE range of sparkling wines to choose from, and it can be a bit confusing finding the right one for each occasion.
