Yo, wassup my homies? D’ya like my new ride?
Now I’m not one to complain, but after six months of lying down, I was totally ready for a new perspective on life. Since I can’t quite sit up on my own yet, I asked Mum to sort me out with a little sumthin’ that would not only get me perpendicular, but stimulate and entertain me at the same time.
Tall order, I thought. But then she turned up with this, and I have to hand it to the lady, she hit a home run!
It’s the Rainforest Jumperoo from Fisher Price. Not only can I sit in the comfy, padded seat and survey my kingdom, I can actually bounce up and down without needing to be attached to a doorframe. So it’s not just great fun, but strengthens my legs too.
And when I feel like sitting back and chillaxing, there are all these cool toys to look at and play with. They light up, and play music, and I can even make them spin around.
But I’m not the only one that’s just a little bit in love with Fisher Price stuff… Mummy thinks they’re fab too. She says that she used to play with their toys waaaaaay back in the olden days, when she was a little girl.
My Big Sis has got lots of their cool stuff too, like the Bounce ‘n’ Spin Zebra she’s playing on here (which I’ve already got my eye on…), so we’re a proper Fisher Price family.
And now she’s extra excited because they’re sponsoring her to go to CYBERMUMMY 2011!!!
She’ll not only get to meet lots of her blogging buddies, and learn lots of new stuff, she’ll also have her very first weekend off from active Mummy Duty in a really REALLY long time.
Anyway, all this jumping has made me pretty… yawn… tired, and this Jumperoo is just so… yawn… darn comfy… I’m just going to close my eyes for a moment…

We had one of these for our son, and I have to say they are the dogs gonads. I wish they had been around for the other three!
They are quite big but very portable and we sold ours on ebay for 2/3rds of what we paid for it new.
Ha ha that final photo is wonderful! If that’s the result we’re definitely getting one if we have another baby!
I love the last picture, very sweet! Emma
This post finally made me go out and buy one….had been meaning to for a while but the price put me off.
My Bubba is 11 weeks old and loves it (although a cushion is required under his feet until he can touch the floor).
You’re a jammy bugger getting one for free 🙂

Jacq: Yeah, you need a bit of space to ‘park’ them, but I love that they’ve got a nice wide base, so they’re really stable. x
Bod4Tea: It’s worth having another baby for – just to get the Jumperoo!! 😉 x
Emma: I couldn’t believe it when I came in and she was fast asleep. So cute! x
Mumbling Mum: Awwww, I bet he has a blast once he can bounce up and down on his own! It’s true, I’m a very lucky gal – very glad to hear you’re enjoying yours!! x
