Yo, wassup peeps? It’s me again, Lil Sis. 

Now I know you haven’t heard much from me yet – partly because I’ve been busy doing cool stuff, like eating cucumber sticks, teething, and learning to crawl, but mostly because I’m only 8-months-old, and I can’t type.

But I simply had to overcome my technical shortcomings to tell you about the fab picnic we went to last week. 

It was run by the peeps who are putting on the Lolliop kids’ festival this August 5-7 – a little taster of what we can expect as one of the official Lollibop families (how cool does that sound???).

There was so much to do and see. Big Sis took one look at the balloons, and swing ball sets, and hula hoops, and was off like a rocket. 

I stayed with Mummy, but I tell you what – if I’d been old enough to walk, I’d have ditched the oldies, and gone off exploring too!

There were games, and colouring-in stations, and a face painter, and a story-teller, and a table full of scrummy food. 

One time I looked over and saw Peppa Pig! There was even a man blowing squillions of bubbles. I love bubbles. 

I got so excited that I forgot to take my nap, and ended up bursting into tears. 

Mummy gave me a cuddle, and said I was just overwhelmed by the amazing day we’d had. I felt better afterwards, and finally drifted off to sleep. 

When I woke up again we were back home.

Mummy said that Big Sis and I were so exhausted we’d have slept through an earthquake. I don’t actually know what that is, but is sounds impressive.
