Motherhood brings many things – joy, purpose, sleep deprivation and endless cuddles.

What it doesn’t give you, however, is spare time. These days there’s barely enough time to brush your hair, let alone exfoliate, paint your nails, or deep condition your hair – all those little me-time treats you totally used to take for granted.
