You know you’ve got the best career in the world when part of your job is to eat pizza. Too good to be true, right? But that’s exactly what the team at Domino’s asked us to do – chow down on some pizza, and have ourselves a little party. Sure, we can do that for you.
Generally, the girls have a pretty good diet; they both love rice and fruit, and two of Big Sis’s favourite foods are broccoli and Brussel sprouts (weird, huh?!). The upside of being sensible during the week is that we don’t mind treating them every now and again.
So this weekend we placed our order online (half and half Hot & Spicy/Ham & Pineapple for Mummy and Daddy, and a small Margherita for the girls). We spread a blanket on the floor, so the girls could have a little pizza picnic, and settled down to watch A Night at the Museum. Afterwards, a teensy bit of Ben & Jerry’s Chocolate Brown ice-cream. Because we could.
The weekends always fly by so quickly, so it was lovely to snuggle up on the couch afterwards and enjoy a little family time. Ta muchly for the pizza party DOMINO’S!
