Kids grow up so fast – one day they’re helpless newborns, and the next they’re moving into their own apartments…
OK, that’s a bit of an exaggeration, but the time really does fly by. That’s why it’s nice to commemorate your little one, while they’re still little!
FingerPrint Jewellery contacted me to tell me about their range of bespoke silver jewellery. You might already be familiar with the concept – you take an imprint of your child’s hands, fingers, feet, or even one of their drawings, and it’s made into a unique piece of silver jewellery.
A week later a package arrived – my daughter’s very own bespoke piece of jewellery! It had her fingerprint immortalised in silver, with her name etched alongside, and her age on the back.
As well as necklaces you can also order bracelets, charms, cufflinks, bookmarks, and key rings. I immediately thought of the grandparents back home in New Zealand. That’s them all sorted for Christmas!

I’ve never seen this website before and I LOVE IT! Might save it to the favourites on my computer and see if hubby gets the hint!
Cute, aren’t they? When Lucia’s a bit older I plan to get one of her little drawings and turn it into a keyring.
