GETTING GOO-Y (post-it index notes review)

My middle name is ‘Organised’. That’s not true: my middle name is Lee, and I’m not organised at all. But I’d really really like to be.

In fact, it was my New Year’s resolution last year, and to be fair I have improved. The piles of random tat that teetered on my dining room table aren’t quite so towering anymore, and the kids’ toys strewn from the front door to the back, have now been relegated to industrial-sized tubs.

I also have a fancy filing cabinet to house all those school newsletters, work folders and important documents. One day I hope to find time to actually put them in aforementioned cabinet, rather dumping them on top of it.

Hey, this organisational stuff doesn’t happen overnight, you know.

But I’m about to take another leap forward in my journey to become a Goddess of Organisation (GOO, for short) with these POST-IT INDEX stickers.

I’ve already used them to cherry pick my favourite craft activities from Maggy Woodley’s awesome Red Ted Art book, so I’ve got lots of ideas to keep the girls busy over the Christmas holidays. Next I’m attacking my files until they fall into uber-organised submission.

Finally, I’m going to leave a few (not-so) subtle index stickers in the new Handpicked.com brochure, and leave it where I know Monkey Dad will see it. Heh heh heh.

Operation GOO is totally underway!

• this post was commissioned, but the Post-It Index stickers are genuinely helping me get my shizzle sorted.

I’m with you! I’d love to get my shizzle together — send a pack this way! And Maggie’s book too!
