I love my little iPad mini. Every night I’ll collapse into bed and watch an episode of Orange is the New Black, or read the paper online. Or I’ll take it to the gym and watch trashy reality telly episodes while I’m pedalling on the exercise bike (hey, don’t judge me – you’d be amazed how quickly the time flies when you’re absorbed in an episode of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta).
What drives me mad, though, is the fact I can only download one episode at a time, because my storage is almost full (waytoo many videos of the kids, but I just can’t bear to delete any of them!). Which is a real pain when I know I’m heading somewhere with no wifi, and want to load up a few movies for the journey. Or when you go to take a pic on your iPhone and you have to delete a bunch of old ones first, and by the time you sort it out the photo moment has passed. First World Problems, right?!
But, for every problem there is a solution – and in this case it’s with a Sandisk Wireless Flash Drive. This nifty little device acts like a teeny external hard drive: download the free app, and you can store your videos, pics and movies on the flash drive rather than taking up space on your device. Then you simply stream the data wirelessly to your iPad, iPhone, Kindle Fire or Android. You don’t even need a wireless connection – how clever is that?!
AND you can stream three devices at once, so you can be watching Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, while OH is listening to music, and the kids are watching Toy Story 3. Again.
You can pick up a 16GB Sandisk Wireless Flash Drive for just £40 from AMAZON. A small price to pay to ensure you never run out of space again!
